Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 1 100 g tube of Tuna Spread
  • 250 g of 00 flour
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 50 ml of seed oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 medium-sized zucchini
  • grated Parmesan
  • 1 sachet of dry yeast
  • salt
  • pepper
Preparing:
  1. Grate the zucchini.
  2. Mix the eggs, oil, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ones and mix quickly.
  4. Add the grated zucchinis and Tuna Spread.
  5. Combine quickly. Pour into greased and floured muffin molds until 2/3 full.
  6. Let them rise until the mixture has almost reached the top edge of the mold.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25-30 minutes.
  8. Take the muffins out of the oven and let cool before removing them from the mold.
