Savory muffins with courgettes and Tuna Spread
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 1 100 g tube of Tuna Spread
- 250 g of 00 flour
- 200 ml of milk
- 50 ml of seed oil
- 2 eggs
- 3 medium-sized zucchini
- grated Parmesan
- 1 sachet of dry yeast
- salt
- pepper
Preparing:
- Grate the zucchini.
- Mix the eggs, oil, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ones and mix quickly.
- Add the grated zucchinis and Tuna Spread.
- Combine quickly. Pour into greased and floured muffin molds until 2/3 full.
- Let them rise until the mixture has almost reached the top edge of the mold.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25-30 minutes.
- Take the muffins out of the oven and let cool before removing them from the mold.
