Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 320 g. pasta
  • 350 g. zucchini
  • 70 g. bread crumbs
  • 1 garlic clove
  • EVOO
  • Salt
Preparing:
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta al dente.
  2. Cut the zucchini into small cubes and sauté them in a pan with two tablespoons of oil and half a clove of garlic. Cook for 5 minutes on high heat. Add the breadcrumbs and salt and continue cooking for another 6 minutes.
  3. Add the drained pasta to the pan and cook over high heat for 2 minutes. Season with salt to taste and serve.
