Mediterranean style pasta

Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 320 g. penne
  • 400 g. Fiorfiore strained tomato sauce
  • 50 g. salted capers
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 8 anchovey fillets
  • 100 g. black olives
  • chili
  • oregano
  • parsley
  • 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
Preparing:

Wash the salted capers. In a pan, cook the garlic. Add tomato pulp, capers, olives, anchovies cut in pieces, a little of chili, oregano and a pinch of salt. Cook the souce for about 20 minutes. Cook pasta. Drain pasta and mix it with sauce.
