Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 1 pack Fiorfiore pizza crust mix
  • 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • Rosemary
  • Coarse salt
Preparing:
  1. Make the dough following the instructions on the pack. Roll it out in an oiled baking tray. Cover and let it rise for 20 more minutes.
  2. Form deep dimples on the focaccia with your fingers and let it rise one last time for 10 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle the focaccia with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt. Add some rosemary twigs and bake at 200°C for 25 minutes.
