Italian focaccia
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 1 pack Fiorfiore pizza crust mix
- 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- Rosemary
- Coarse salt
Preparing:
- Make the dough following the instructions on the pack. Roll it out in an oiled baking tray. Cover and let it rise for 20 more minutes.
- Form deep dimples on the focaccia with your fingers and let it rise one last time for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle the focaccia with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt. Add some rosemary twigs and bake at 200°C for 25 minutes.
