Dry tomato tapenade rolls

Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 1 jar Fiorfiore dried tomato tapenade
  • 800 g. beef sirloin
  • Some twigs of rosemary
  • Salt
  • 3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 500 g. cherry tomatoes
Preparing:
  1. Salt the beef sirloin, rub it with extra virgin olive oil and place it in a baking pan, seasoning it with a few tufts of rosemary. Bake in the oven at 250 °C for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180 °C and continue cooking for another 30 minutes, occasionally greasing with oil.
  2. Take the meat out of the oven and let it cool down before cutting it into rather thick slices. Remove the green stalks from the tomatoes, then wash and dry them. In a serving dish, spread a few tablespoons of Fiorfiore dried tomato tapenade and place the meat over it.
  3. Decorate with the cherry tomatoes. Distribute a little more tapenade and serve immediately.
