Bread pizza
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 350 g of bread made with Fiorfiore bread mix
- 200 ml of water
- 80 - 100 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 level teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon (25 g) of parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon (25 g) of pecorino cheese
- 300 g of whole peeled tomatoes Fiorfiore
- Dried oregano
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
Preparing:
- Bake the bread following the instructions on the pack. Crush the bread into not too small pieces and add half of the oil then a little water. When you have added all the water, knead for a few more seconds. Let it rest for 5 minutes and prepare the sauce by adding some salt to the Fiorfiore tomato. Turn and set aside.
- Take back the "pizza dough", which in the meantime will have softened. Add the other half of the oil, pecorino cheese, parmesan cheese and salt. Lay the dough in a baking pan compacting it very well with your hands. Add the tomato sauce, spread it perfectly on the edges. Complete with a drizzle of oil and a handful of oregano. Cook the pizza in a hot oven at 180° for about 20 minutes.

- Take back the "pizza dough", which in the meantime will have softened. Add the other half of the oil, pecorino cheese, parmesan cheese and salt. Lay the dough in a baking pan compacting it very well with your hands. Add the tomato sauce, spread it perfectly on the edges. Complete with a drizzle of oil and a handful of oregano. Cook the pizza in a hot oven at 180° for about 20 minutes.
