Spicy beans uccelletto style
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 450 g. canned cannellini beans
- 1 jar of Fiorfiore Arrabbiata sauce
- 2 spoons of olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 10 fresh sage leaves
- Salt
Preparing:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the garlic and sage and cook until lightly golden, about 2 minutes. Add the wine and cook until nearly evaporated, about 3 minutes.
- Add the beans and the Fiorfiore arrabbiata sauce. Season with a healthy pinch of salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, adding some water if becoming dry.
- Serve hot.
