Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 450 g. canned cannellini beans
  • 1 jar of Fiorfiore Arrabbiata sauce
  • 2 spoons of olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 10 fresh sage leaves
  • Salt
Preparing:
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the garlic and sage and cook until lightly golden, about 2 minutes. Add the wine and cook until nearly evaporated, about 3 minutes.
  2. Add the beans and the Fiorfiore arrabbiata sauce. Season with a healthy pinch of salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, adding some water if becoming dry.
  3. Serve hot.
