Spicy baked sea bream with garlic pesto

Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 1 kg. of fresh sea bream
  • Fiorfiore garlic pesto
  • EVOO
  • salt
Preparing:
  1. Turn on the oven at 200°C. Clean the fish and put it in a greased baking pan without any kind of seasoning. Bake on the lowest shelf for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven, leave to cool for a few minutes, remove skin and bones.
  3. Serve the fillets of sea bream over a layer of Fiorfiore garlic pesto.
  4. Sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
