Dorade au four épicée avec pesto à l’ail
Ingrédients (4 Personnes):
- 1 kg. de dorade fraîche
- Pesto à l'ail Fiorfiore
- Huile d'olive extra vierge
- Sel
Préparation:
- Turn on the oven at 200°C. Clean the fish and put it in a greased baking pan without any kind of seasoning. Bake on the lowest shelf for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven, leave to cool for a few minutes, remove skin and bones.
- Serve the fillets of sea bream over a layer of Fiorfiore garlic pesto.
- Sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
