Red Pesto & Speck Crostini
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Fiorfiore Red Pesto
- 1 baguette, sliced into rounds
- 3 oz Fiorfiore Speck
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with the garlic olive oil, and toast for 8–10 minutes until golden.
- Spread Red Pesto on each toasted baguette slice.
- Roll the Speck into small pieces and place on top of the pesto on each slice.
- Serve as an appetizer or party snack.
