Red Pesto & Speck Crostini

Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup Fiorfiore Red Pesto
  • 1 baguette, sliced into rounds
  • 3 oz Fiorfiore Speck
Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with the garlic olive oil, and toast for 8–10 minutes until golden.
  3. Spread Red Pesto on each toasted baguette slice.
  4. Roll the Speck into small pieces and place on top of the pesto on each slice.
  5. Serve as an appetizer or party snack.
