Broccoli arrabbiata
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 500 g. broccoli
- 1 jar of Fiorfiore Arrabbiata sauce
- Olive oil
- Salt
Preparing:
- Take the broccoli and cut it into small pieces. Put them in a saucepan with three tablespoons of oil, salt and a ladle of water. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Check the cooking, adjust the flavor and add the Fiorfiore Arrabbiata sauce.
- Sauté for 2-3 minutes and serve.
