Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 320 g of pasta
  • 300 g of potatoes
  • 10 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • black pepper.
Preparing:
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Wash the parsley, choose the best leaves and chop them finely together with the peeled garlic clove. Boil the water for the pasta, add salt and add the potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes, then add the pasta. Meanwhile, put the oil, the chopped garlic and parsley in a pan. One minute before draining the pasta, light the fire under the pan. Sauté the pasta with the potatoes in the pan for a few minutes. Serve sprinkled with plenty of ground pepper.
