Gnocchi with sage and pancetta
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 80 g. pancetta or salt pork
- 100 g. pecorino cheese
- 10 sage leaves
- 50 g. butter
- 320 g. gnocchi Fiorfiore
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparing:
- Cook the gnocchi in plenty of boiling salted water. In the meantime, brown the pancetta cut into strips in a pan until crispy.
- In another pan, melt the butter with the sage and, when the butter is well melted, add the bacon. Drain the gnocchi and season with the bacon, butter and sage mix.
- Add the pecorino previously cut into small cubes and leave to melt for 1 minute.
