Crostini with red pesto and feta

Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 6 slices of sandwich bread
  • 50 g. feta cheese
  • 1 jar of Fiorfiore Red Pesto
  • 50 g. parsley
Preparing:
  1. Cut the slices of sandwich bread into 4 triangles and toast them.
  2. Spread each crouton with a little Fiorfiore Red Pesto, crumble a little feta over the sauce, add chopped parsley and serve.
