Chicken strips with red pesto and cherry tomatoes
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 600 g. chicken breast
- 200 ml. milk
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbs Fiorfiore red pesto
- 2 tbs EVOO
- Salt
Preparing:
- Cut the chicken breast into strips. In a pan heat a little extra virgin olive oil, add the chicken strips and brown them lightly.
- Season with salt and add the milk. Cover with a lid and cook for about 10 minutes on a low heat.
- When cooked, add the pesto, mix gently and cook for a few minutes. Meanwhile wash and cut the tomatoes in half, add them to the chicken strips, stir fry for a few moments.
