Bruschetta with sun-dried tomato tapenade

Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • Bread
  • 1 jar Fiorfiore sun-dried tomato tapenade
  • 2 tbs EVOO
  • Salt to taste
Preparing:
  1. Cut the bread into slices of about 1 cm and toast them on both sides.
  2. Sprinkle the slices with salt and add a tablespoon of Fiorfiore sun-dried tomato tapenade at room temperature or previously heated. Top with some drops of extra virgin olive oil.
