Bruschetta with pesto

Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • Bread
  • Pesto with garlic and chili pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
Preparing:
  1. Cut the bread into 1 cm. thick slices and place them on a hot pan to toast, on both sides.
  2. Sprinkle the slices with salt, add a tablespoon of Fiorfiore pesto with garlic and chili pepper and extra virgin olive oil at room temperature or previously heated in the pan.
  3. Serve hot.
