Bruschetta with pesto
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- Bread
- Pesto with garlic and chili pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
Preparing:
- Cut the bread into 1 cm. thick slices and place them on a hot pan to toast, on both sides.
- Sprinkle the slices with salt, add a tablespoon of Fiorfiore pesto with garlic and chili pepper and extra virgin olive oil at room temperature or previously heated in the pan.
- Serve hot.
