Bruschetta with sun-dried tomato tapenade
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- Bread
- 1 jar Fiorfiore sun-dried tomato tapenade
- 2 tbs EVOO
- Salt to taste
Preparing:
- Cut the bread into slices of about 1 cm and toast them on both sides.
- Sprinkle the slices with salt and add a tablespoon of Fiorfiore sun-dried tomato tapenade at room temperature or previously heated. Top with some drops of extra virgin olive oil.
