“Sandy” pasta with zucchine
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 320 g. pasta
- 350 g. zucchini
- 70 g. bread crumbs
- 1 garlic clove
- EVOO
- Salt
Preparing:
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta al dente.
- Cut the zucchini into small cubes and sauté them in a pan with two tablespoons of oil and half a clove of garlic. Cook for 5 minutes on high heat. Add the breadcrumbs and salt and continue cooking for another 6 minutes.
- Add the drained pasta to the pan and cook over high heat for 2 minutes. Season with salt to taste and serve.
