Tomato, olives and mozzarella bruschetta

Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 1 jar of Fiorfiore tomato and olive sauce
  • 8 slices Tuscan bread
  • 50 g. basil
  • 200 g. fresh mozzarella
  • 4 tbs olive oil
  • Oregano
Preparing:
  1. Sprinkle the slices of bread with the olive oil and toast them in the oven.
  2. Spread the Fiorfiore tomato and olive sauce on the slices, add the sliced mozzarella, the basil and finish with a sprinkle of oregano.
  3. Melt the mozzarella in the oven for a few minutes.
