Ricotta Toast
Ingredients:
- Fiorfiore Balsamic Glaze
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- Fresh figs, sliced
- 2 tbsp Fiorfiore Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Toast the sourdough slices until golden.
- Spread 2–3 tbsp of ricotta cheese on each slice.
- Layer sliced figs on top and lightly drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Finish with a drizzle of olive oil for extra richness.
