Penne alla Vodka

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb of Fiorfiore Penne Rigate Pasta
  • 1 jar of Fiorfiore Tomato & Vodka Pasta Sauce
  • Grated Pecorino cheese
Instructions:
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the Fiorfiore Penne Rigate until al dente, following package instructions. Reserve ¼ cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Heat the Fiorfiore Tomato & Vodka Pasta Sauce in a skillet over medium-low heat, stirring continuously to prevent scorching.
  3. Add the cooked penne to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce. If needed, add a splash of the reserved pasta water to achieve a silky, smooth texture.
  4. Plate the pasta and garnish with freshly grated Pecorino cheese. Serve immediately.
