Pasta with olive tapenade and cheese
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 320 g of pasta
- 1 packet of black olives tapenade fior fiore
- 250 g of light spreadable cheese
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Preparing:
- Put the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water to cook. In a non-stick pan, put a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil and let it warm. When the oil is just hot, add 3/4 of the black olive tapenade Fiorfiore. Stirring with a ladle, heat for a few minutes.
- Add the light spreadable cheese you need and stir until creamy. Keep the flame to a minimum and occasionally stir with a wooden spoon to mix everything together.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain it until all the water is removed and pour the noodles into the pan with the seasoning. Fry it in the pan for about two minutes. Over low heat, add the remaining pate and give one last stir. Serve hot.
