Pasta with garlic, oil and chili pepper
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 320 g. pasta
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 fresh red chili peppers
- Extra virgin olive oil (about 100 ml)
- Salt
Preparing:
- Heat the oil in a large, non-stick pan and, when it is hot, add the chopped peppers, the garlic cloves and a pinch of salt. Stir well and when the garlic starts to brown, turn the heat off and remove the garlic.
- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, drain them when "al dente" and pour them into the pan with the oil, leaving them on a high flame. Keep stirring for a few seconds.
- Serve warm and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley to your taste.
