Pasta with saffron sauce
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 320 g. di spaghetti
- 1 pouch of saffron
- 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1 onion
- 200 ml. heavy cream
- 1 tbs butter
- Salt
Preparing:
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. In the meantime, brown the chopped onion with butter in a pan.
- Add the curry and saffron dissolved in a little water. Stir and cook for about 10 minutes on a very low heat. Add the cream and cook for another minute.
- Drain the pasta and season with the sauce.
