Pasta with saffron sauce

Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 320 g. di spaghetti
  • 1 pouch of saffron
  • 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 onion
  • 200 ml. heavy cream
  • 1 tbs butter
  • Salt
Preparing:
  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. In the meantime, brown the chopped onion with butter in a pan.
  2. Add the curry and saffron dissolved in a little water. Stir and cook for about 10 minutes on a very low heat. Add the cream and cook for another minute.
  3. Drain the pasta and season with the sauce.
