Chicken in olive sauce
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 6 skinless chicken drumsticks
- 1 jar of Fiorfiore tomato and olive sauce
- 15 black olives
- 1 tbs minced parsley
- Half a cup of white wine
- Salt
- EVOO
Preparing:
- Rinse the chicken legs under cold water. Place them in a pan with a drizzle of oil and let them brown well on all sides, turning them often.
- Add the white wine and let it evaporate. Add the Fiorfiore tomato and olive sauce, the black olives and a glass of water, cover and cook for 40 minutes. Turn the chicken drumsticks often and add more water if necessary.
- Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
