Caprese Salad with Balsamic Glaze
Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh mozzarella, sliced into ¼-inch rounds
- 3–4 ripe tomatoes (preferably heirloom or vine-ripened), sliced into ¼-inch rounds
- ¼ cup Fiorfiore Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2–3 tbsp Fiorfiore Balsamic Glaze
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Slice the fresh mozzarella and tomatoes into uniform ¼-inch rounds for an attractive presentation.
