Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 1 packet of Fior Fiore bread mix
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 jar of Fior Fiore black olive tapenade
Preparing:
  1. Prepare the bread dough following the instructions on the package. Sprinkle the pastry board with flour and roll out the dough with the rolling pin. Spread the black olive tapenade on the dough, then roll the dough with the tepanade on the inside. Using a knife, cut the roll into strips of about 2 cm.
  2. Grease a baking tray with oil and place the cut rolls on their sides giving them the shape you want. Cover with a dry kitchen cloth and leave to rise for about an hour. Heat the oven to 200°. Bake the bread rolls for 10 minutes at 200° then bring the oven temperature to 180° and let it cook for about 30 minutes. The bread rolls ar ready when they are golden brown on the surface.
