Tomato, olives and mozzarella bruschetta
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 1 jar of Fiorfiore tomato and olive sauce
- 8 slices Tuscan bread
- 50 g. basil
- 200 g. fresh mozzarella
- 4 tbs olive oil
- Oregano
Preparing:
- Sprinkle the slices of bread with the olive oil and toast them in the oven.
- Spread the Fiorfiore tomato and olive sauce on the slices, add the sliced mozzarella, the basil and finish with a sprinkle of oregano.
- Melt the mozzarella in the oven for a few minutes.
