Gnocchi with salmon and butter
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 320 g. gnocchi Fiorfiore
- 160 g. smoked salmon
- 40 g. butter
- 4 twigs of fresh sage
- Lemon
Preparing:
- Cut the salmon into small strips. Melt the butter in a pan and saute the salmon for 1 or 2 minutes on low flame.
- Remove from the flame, add the sage leaves and grate some lemon zest over it, then cover.
- Cook the gnocchi in plenty of boiling salted water. Drain them, toss them in the pan with the salmon and stir fry for a minute.
