Spaghetti al pomodoro
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Fiorfiore Spaghetti Pasta
- 1 jar Fiorfiore Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1 tbsp of Fiorfiore Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Fresh basil leaves
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Cook Spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup of pasta water.
- Heat Tomato & Basil Sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- Toss the drained Spaghetti with the sauce, using pasta water to adjust the consistency.
- Garnish with fresh basil and grated Parmesan before serving.
