Spaghetti al pomodoro
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Fiorfiore Spaghetti Pasta
- 1 jar Fiorfiore Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1 tbsp of Fiorfiore Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Fresh basil leaves
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the Fiorfiore Spaghetti until al dente, following package instructions. Reserve ¼ cup of pasta water, then drain.
- In a medium saucepan, heat the Fiorfiore Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce over medium heat. Stir in 1 tbsp of Fiorfiore Extra Virgin Olive Oil for added richness.
- Toss the drained spaghetti with the warm sauce, adding the reserved pasta water gradually to achieve the desired consistency.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil leaves and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
