Pasta with garlic, oil and chili pepper

Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 320 g. pasta
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 fresh red chili peppers
  • Extra virgin olive oil (about 100 ml)
  • Salt

 

Preparing:
  1. Heat the oil in a large, non-stick pan and, when it is hot, add the chopped peppers, the garlic cloves and a pinch of salt. Stir well and when the garlic starts to brown, turn the heat off and remove the garlic.
  2. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, drain them when "al dente" and pour them into the pan with the oil, leaving them on a high flame. Keep stirring for a few seconds.
  3. Serve warm and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley to your taste.
