Olive Tapenade Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 ball of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade, about 12–14 oz)
- ¼ cup Fiorfiore Black Olive Tapenade
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced or torn into small pieces
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp Fiorfiore Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F.
- Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking sheet or stone.
- Spread a thin layer of Black Olive Tapenade as the base sauce.
- Add sliced mozzarella and cherry tomatoes evenly across the dough.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
