Olive Tapenade Pizza

Ingredients:
  • 1 ball of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade, about 12–14 oz)
  • ¼ cup Fiorfiore Black Olive Tapenade
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced or torn into small pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp Fiorfiore Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking sheet or stone.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Black Olive Tapenade as the base sauce.
  4. Add sliced mozzarella and cherry tomatoes evenly across the dough.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
