Gnocchi with salmon and butter

Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 320 g. gnocchi Fiorfiore
  • 160 g. smoked salmon
  • 40 g. butter
  • 4 twigs of fresh sage
  • Lemon

 

Preparing:
  1. Cut the salmon into small strips. Melt the butter in a pan and saute the salmon for 1 or 2 minutes on low flame.
  2. Remove from the flame, add the sage leaves and grate some lemon zest over it, then cover.
  3. Cook the gnocchi in plenty of boiling salted water. Drain them, toss them in the pan with the salmon and stir fry for a minute.
