Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup Fiorfiore Calabrese Pesto
  • ½ cup Fiorfiore Grilled Peppers, sliced
  • 1 large flatbread
  • 1 tbsp Fiorfiore Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ cup Fresh ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Spread a generous layer of Calabrese Pesto over the flatbread.
  4. Add dollops of ricotta cheese, slices of grilled peppers, and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are crispy and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Top with fresh basil leaves and serve warm as an appetizer or main dish.
