Balsamic-Glazed Beef Sliders

Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup Fiorfiore Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 oz Fiorfiore Speck, cooked and crispy
  • Slider buns
  • 1 tbsp Fiorfiore Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Arugula and sliced mozzarella cheese for topping
Instructions:
  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare the Beef Patties: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until just combined. Form the mixture into small slider-sized patties.
  3. Cook the Patties: Heat the Fiorfiore Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 3–4 minutes per side until browned. Transfer the patties to a baking sheet.
