Antipasto Platter

Ingredients:
  • 3 oz Fiorfiore Sliced Rustic Salami, Coppa, and Hot Spianata
  • 1 jar Fiorfiore Grilled Peppers
  • 1 jar Fiorfiore Dried Tomatoes in Oil
  • Assorted cheeses, olives, and grapes
  • Breadsticks, crackers, or baguettes
Instructions:
  1. Select a large, flat platter or cutting board to display the antipasto
  2. Lay out the Fiorfiore Rustic Salami, Coppa, and Hot Spianata slices in small, overlapping layers. Arrange each type of meat in separate sections or roll them for an elevated look.
  3. Drain the Fiorfiore Grilled Peppers and arrange them in a small pile or line on the platter.
  4. Drain the Fiorfiore Dried Tomatoes in Oil and place them in a small bowl or directly on the platter. Halve larger pieces for easier serving.
  5. Scatter assorted cheeses, olives, and grapes around the platter for variety.
  6. Add breadsticks, crackers, or slices of baguette along the edges of the platter for dipping and pairing with the meats and vegetables.
  7. Pair this platter with Fiorfiore Balsamic Glaze or Fiorfiore Extra Virgin Olive Oil flavored with garlic for dipping.
  8. Serve at room temperature to fully enjoy the flavors of the meats and vegetables.
