Bruschetta with Datterini Tomatoes and Chili EVOO
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 8 slices of rustic bread
- 300 g datterini tomatoes, diced
- 1 garlic clove, halved
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fiorfiore Chili Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparing:
- Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
- Rub each slice lightly with the cut side of the garlic clove.
- Top with diced datterini tomatoes, season with salt and black pepper.
- Add fresh basil leaves on top.
- Just before serving, drizzle generously with Fiorfiore Chili Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
