Gnocchi with sage and pancetta

Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 80 g. pancetta or salt pork
  • 100 g. pecorino cheese
  • 10 sage leaves
  • 50 g. butter
  • 320 g. gnocchi Fiorfiore
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Preparing:
  1. Cook the gnocchi in plenty of boiling salted water. In the meantime, brown the pancetta cut into strips in a pan until crispy.
  2. In another pan, melt the butter with the sage and, when the butter is well melted, add the bacon. Drain the gnocchi and season with the bacon, butter and sage mix.
  3. Add the pecorino previously cut into small cubes and leave to melt for 1 minute.
