Mediterranean style pasta
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 320 g. penne
- 400 g. Fiorfiore strained tomato sauce
- 50 g. salted capers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 8 anchovey fillets
- 100 g. black olives
- chili
- oregano
- parsley
- 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
Preparing:
Wash the salted capers. In a pan, cook the garlic. Add tomato pulp, capers, olives, anchovies cut in pieces, a little of chili, oregano and a pinch of salt. Cook the souce for about 20 minutes. Cook pasta. Drain pasta and mix it with sauce.
