Bruschetta with Datterini Tomatoes and Chili EVOO

Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 8 slices of rustic bread
  • 300 g datterini tomatoes, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, halved
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fiorfiore Chili Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparing:
  1. Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
  2. Rub each slice lightly with the cut side of the garlic clove.
  3. Top with diced datterini tomatoes, season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Add fresh basil leaves on top.
  5. Just before serving, drizzle generously with Fiorfiore Chili Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
