Ingredients (Serves 4)
  • 1 jar of Fior Fiore Hot Mixed Vegetable with mushrooms
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 8 anchovy filets in olive oil
  • 4 oz of tartar sauce
  • bread
  • basil leaves
Preparing
  1. Cut the sandwich bread into slices, pass them in the toaster or oven for a few minutes to make them crispy.
  2. Spread each crouton with a little tartar sauce and arrange a slice of egg, a spoonful of Fior Fiore Mixed Vigetables with mushrooms and an anchovy fillet.
  3. Garnish with a basil leaf.
