Pasta with ham and gorgonzola
        
      Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 12 oz of pasta Fiorfiore Spaghettini
 - 5 oz of gorgonzola cheese
 - 7 oz of diced ham
 - 1 tbs of butter
 - Salt
 - Pepper
 
Preparing:
- Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water. While it cooks, heat the butter in a large pan and saute the ham for a few minutes on medium heat.
 - Remove from the stove and add the gorgonzola, cut into small cubes. Reserve a cup of the pasta water.
 - Drain the pasta as soon as it is "al dente" (when it no longer shows a white center when cut or bitten) and toss it in the pan with the sauce over medium heat.
 - Add some of the cooking water if needed. Fold in the pasta until the sauce has become creamy.
