Tartine saporite
        
      Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 1 jar of Fiorfiore Hot Mixed Vegetable with mushrooms
 - 2 hard-boiled eggs
 - 8 anchovy filets in olive oil
 - 4 oz of tartar sauce
 - bread
 - basil leaves
 
Preparing
- Cut the sandwich bread into slices, pass them in the toaster or oven for a few minutes to make them crispy.
 - Spread each crouton with a little tartar sauce and arrange a slice of egg, a spoonful of Fiorfiore Mixed Vegetables with mushrooms and an anchovy fillet.
 - Garnish with a basil leaf.
