Veal Scaloppine in Calabrian pesto cream

Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 600 g. veal slices
  • 1 jar of Fiorfiore pesto Calabrese
  • EVOO
  • 100 ml. white wine
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
Preparing:
  1. Heat three tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick pan. Lay the veal slices on it and cook for two minutes. Turn them over and add the wine. Continue cooking for another minute, then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the Fiorfiore pesto Calabrese and heat for a few seconds. Serve.
