Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 250 g. black rice
  • 1 can of Vegetable Mix for Rice
  • 150 g. diced ham
  • 150 g. smoked scamorza, diced
  • 4 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Oregano to taste
Preparing:
  1. Boil the rice in abundant salted water.
  2. In the meantime, drain the Vegetable Mix for Rice from the oil.
  3. In a serving bowl, mix the diced ham, the scamorza cheese and the drained vegetable mix.
  4. When the rice is cooked, drain it, cool it, and fold in with the other ingredients.
